Refunds and Returns Policy

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the Products which remain his responsibility.

Return procedure

Given the dropshipping model, the return procedure is specific:

• Notification: The Customer must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw in writing (email) within the aforementioned 14-day period.
• Return instructions: The Seller will communicate to the Customer the specific instructions for returning the Product, which may include the address of the supplier's or manufacturer's warehouse. The Customer must under no circumstances return the Product to the address of the Seller's registered office.
• Return of the Product: The Customer must return the Product to the address indicated by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the return instructions. The Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided.
• Return costs and customs duties:
  • The costs of returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of delivery of a non-compliant or defective Product.
  • For customers outside the EU, customs fees and re-import taxes are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • In case of refusal of the customer to pay the customs fees upon receipt of the package, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Reimbursement

The refund of the returned Products will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of proof of shipment of the Product by the Customer. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when ordering, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

• The refund only concerns the price of the returned products, excluding initial delivery costs and excluding customs fees and taxes.
• The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Exceptions

The exceptions to the right of withdrawal mentioned above also apply in the context of dropshipping.

Legal guarantees

In addition to the right of withdrawal, the Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Important remarks

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or refund if the Products are not returned in their original condition or if the withdrawal period has not been respected.

In the event of the return of a non-compliant or defective Product, the Seller shall bear the costs of the return and shall arrange for the replacement or refund of the Product.
