Refund and Return Policy

At Trends by Stylia, we make every effort to ensure that return and refund requests are processed quickly and transparently.

This policy complements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies to any order placed on our Site.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable rules, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Upon receipt of your request, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.

2. Return procedure

After receiving your withdrawal request, our customer service will inform you of the return terms applicable to your order.

As the products may be shipped from different logistics centres or manufacturers, the return addresses may vary depending on the product concerned.

Thank you for do not return a product until we have received our return instructions.

Products must be returned:

within 14 days of the communication of your withdrawal decision;
complete;
in good condition;
in their original packaging where possible;
accompanied by any accessories and notices.

3. Return costs

Unless otherwise specified or specific legal provision, the direct costs of return remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an error in delivery, non-compliant product or defective product covered by the legal guarantee, the return costs will be borne by Trends by Stylia or will be subject to a refund.

4. Reimbursement

When the conditions of the right of withdrawal are met, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of your request.

In accordance with the applicable rules, we may defer reimbursement until the products have been recovered or proof of dispatch has been received, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one used during the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Reimbursement includes:

the price of the returned products;
the delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method proposed when ordering.

Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery shall not be reimbursed.

5. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules in force, certain products may not be subject to a right of withdrawal, in particular:

products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
products likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly;
unsealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
audio, video or software recordings unsealed after delivery;
any other product excluded by the applicable regulations.

6. Damaged or non-compliant products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible by attaching, where possible, photographs of the product concerned.

We will inform you of the procedure to be followed in order to make a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees.
