Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the sales of products (hereinafter the "Products") concluded by Denoyes Thibault, auto-entrepreneur, whose registered office is located in Toulouse, registered under number 94003340000018 (hereinafter the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") wishing to make a purchase on the TrendsbyStylia.com website (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 1: Subject matter

The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which the Seller markets the Products to Customers in the context of a dropshipping activity. They apply to any order placed on the Site by the Customer.

Article 2: Products

The Products offered for sale are those that appear on the site on the day of the consultation by the Customer. The essential characteristics of the Products are described on the Site. The photographs and illustrations presented on the Site are not contractual and cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller.   

Article 3: Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the VAT regime applicable to auto-entrepreneurs. Delivery costs are indicated before the validation of the order and are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.   

Article 4 : Order   

The Customer places an order on the Site by adding the Products to his basket and following the steps of the ordering process. The order is firm and final when the Customer clicks on the "Validate order" button. An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Site. The debit is made at the time of the validation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event non-payment or suspicion of fraud.   

Article 6: Delivery

The Products are delivered directly by the Seller’s supplier to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and are given as an indication. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the supplier.   

Article 7: Customs duties and taxes

1. For customers in the European Union (EU):

  • Since 1 July 2021, VAT is applicable to all goods imported into the EU, regardless of their value. VAT is collected at the point of entry into the EU and is included in the selling price displayed on our website.
  • For consignments with a value of less than EUR 150:
    • No additional customs duties will be applied.
  • For consignments with a value of more than EUR 150:
    • Customs duties may also apply. The rate of these duties varies according to the type of product and its origin.
    • We recommend that you inquire about the applicable customs regulations.

2. For customers outside the European Union (outside the EU):

Our products can be shipped from warehouses both inside and outside the EU.

  • If your order is shipped from a warehouse outside the EU:
    • Customs duties and import taxes may be applied by the country of destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of our products or in the delivery costs.
    • Whatever the value of the order, we strongly recommend that you inquire about the customs regulations applicable in your country before placing an order. For this, we advise you to contact the local customs authorities of your country.
  • If your order is shipped from a warehouse in the EU:
    • VAT is included in the sale price. However, customs duties may apply if the value of the order exceeds EUR 150.
  • Additional information
    • Customs regulations are subject to change. We invite you to consult the official websites of your country's customs authorities for the most up-to-date information.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation in force, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt Products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the Products which remain his responsibility.   

Article 9: Guarantees

The Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Article 10: Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the Products purchased. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or immaterial damages.

Article 11: Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, such as texts, images, logos, are the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be reproduced or used without his authorization.

Article 12: Personal data

The Customer's personal data is collected and processed by the Seller in accordance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data.

Article 13: Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 14: Changes to the GTC   

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new GTC will be applicable to any order placed after their publication on the Site.
