Vulkanus Classic VG2 Sharpener Knife Sharpener

With the Vulkanus Generation 2, the performance of the proven sharpener has been further optimised. The sharpening pads have been revised in terms of material and shape in order to triple their service life and refine the sharpening result. The sharpening angle has been extended to a range of 11° to 21°. A sharpening rod that widens upwards facilitates the attachment of the knife. The bar springs are coated with the new generation and their contact pressure has been significantly increased. In addition, the sharpening elements can now be replaced much more easily if necessary. Thanks to the enlarged sharpening rods, no cutting can occur under the sharpening inserts, even with a higher pressure of the knife blade on the system! The result is a much higher sharpening performance.
